In 2015 a Cargo Port began to operate (which also brings some passenger Ferries) called PUERTO TANGER MED and it is located 40 minutes from Tangier in the middle of nowhere.
That is why some shipping companies offer very cheap Fasr Ferry tickets to Tanger MED, but be careful, when you get there it will be a hassle to go to Tangier. Unless you have a private transfer service arranged, you will have no problem.

How to Book Ferry to Morocco from Spain?

It depends on the number of days you are going to be, it is better to leave the hut in Algeciras or rent a car in Morocco
In Ceuta there is a Rent a Car company in the Port that allows you enter with rented cars to Morocco .
Stamp passport: In the ferry from Tarifa to Tangier you have to look for the police ticket office to stamp your passports. I recommend doing so that you get on the boat as there is a long queue. From Algeciras to Ceuta there is no ticket office because you are not going to change country.
