Benalmádena is a small city in the province of Málaga located on the Costa del Sol .
The city is divided into three urban nuclei. El Pueblo , which is up on the top of the mountain and is considered one of the most beautiful Andalusian villages in Spain . Its central square with houses and restaurants in the middle of streets with typical Andalusian architecture makes this town really worth knowing. Next to the church square you can enjoy incredible views of the Costa del Sol.
The visit is worth it, simply to take a walk through its streets, to have lunch or dinner in one of its excellent restaurants, but, if you wish, you can also visit some interesting sites such as the Mariposário (for a fee) and the Buddhist temple.
The view of the Mediterranean Sea has attracted countless tourists and even foreigners from Nordic countries who chose the town to live.

Not to mention the Puerto Marina, a port with luxury apartments built with land reclaimed from the sea and that at night is a nightlife center with bars and discos but also houses the best restaurants in the area such as the famous Los Mellizos chain (they have 6 restaurants scattered throughout the Costa del Sol) The Angus brasserie and some Italian, Mexican and Japanese restaurants.
In the same Puerto Marina you can book boat trips to appreciate the coast, dolphin watching and ferries that take you to Fuengirola.
