Did you know that if you wish you can stay overnight in a real farm and take donkey rides? Yes, you can. In the farm “La Donaira” there are a lot of activities with animals, including our beloved donkeys.
It is located in Montecorto, in the province of Malaga. Montecorto is in the Serrania de Ronda, so you will discover its unique environment and wildlife on your walk.
La Donaira farm has 700 hectares and you will find typical Andalusian flora such as olive, almond and oak trees. You can play or do activities with sheep, goats, cows, horses and donkeys. You can also discover how interesting beekeeping is and how bees produce their sweet honey.

“Los burros de Juanino” is a cultural association dedicated to the use of the donkey that is located in Vejer de la Frontera, one of the most beautiful villages in Cadiz.
This association offers several proposals for donkey rides. Great, isn’t it? But the best thing is not that. They are not ordinary donkeys, they are Andalusian donkeys dressed in the old style.
Visit Mijas in a “burrotaxi”.

The tourists’ tips were even higher than the farmers’ wages, so it became a business.
